Abstract

This paper presents new location records for five species of Ergasilus which were observed in limnetic plankton collections from the Laurentian Great Lakes region. Data on the seasonal occurrence of E. chautauquaensis Fellows, 1887, and E. megaceros Wilson, 1911, in the plankton of Douglas Lake, Michigan, are also presented.
