Lots boundaries of the Newcomb Tract

Abstract: 
The boundaries of lots are the historic planted area of different plant species. Attribute table contains the information of the lot ID and historic planting species. More information can be found in A Guide to Stinchfield Woods 1965: https://deepblue.lib.umich.edu/handle/2027.42/90970.

Data and Resources

Methods: 
This dataset was originally created based on the digitization of the map in the above Guide by the UM Forests McIntire-Stennis project (Kathleen Bergen, PI). It was slightly modified and updated in 2017 to match the latest Newcomb Tract Boundary. All history plantation information was kept. Data type: Polygon Shapefile.
