UMBS AmeriFlux Sub-canopy Air Temperature and Precipitation 2007-2014
Written by John Den Uyl (2/26/2018)

This file contains continuous air temperature (2m above ground) and precipitation (1.2m above ground) sourced from the University of Michigan Biological Station AmeriFlux Tower site. Ambient air temperature was recorded in degrees Celsius (°C) while precipitation was measured in millimeters (mm). Raw air temperature data measurements were averaged over a 30 minute time period, while raw precipitation data records reflect 30 minute total rainfall per measurement.

The "UMBS_AmeriFlux_Daily_Temp_Prec_2004_2014.csv" document includes air temperature minimums, maximums, means, standard deviations, and variances on a per day basis, as well as total daily precipitation from January 2004 to December 2014. The "UMBS_AmeriFlux_Monthly_Temp_Prec_2004_2014.csv" document includes air temperature minimums, maximums, means, standard deviations, and variances over a month period, as well as total monthly precipitation from January 2004 to December 2014. "UMBS_AmeriFlux_Annual_Prec_2004_2014.csv" includes total annual rainfall for years 2004 to 2014.

Data was sourced from the AmeriFlux BASE Database for years 2007 to 2014. Dr. Christoph Vogel provided data for 2004 to 2007.
