Abstract | The interstitial water sampler allows simple and rapid collection of small samples of interstitial water in a variety of shallow, aquatic substrates. In combination with the micro-Winkler syringe technique for oxygen concentration determination, a useful tool is provided for determining the oxygen concentration in an environment previously slighted. |
