Abstract | The use of electrical resistance temperature indicators ("thermistors") is increasing in many fields of biological investigation. The following is a description of a simple method of mounting rod-type thermistors such as those manufactured by Friez Instrument Division, Bendix Aviation Corporation, Baltimore, Maryland, for field use. This assembly consists only of materials which are easily obtained, and may be constructed with a minimum of tools and equipment. |
