Abstract | Four species of the gill-mushroom genus Russula with whitish pilei are discussed and described: R. purpureomaculata, R. brunneoalba sp. nov., R. anomala, and R. ludoviciana sp. nov. Specimens of the first three of these are often identified, and placed in herbaria, as R. albida. |
