Abstract | During the summer of 1964 mechanical transmission was employed as a technique in attempts to characterize an infection in blood cells of Natrix that suggests the genera Cytamoeba and Toddia. The investigation was conducted at the UMBS. All snakes examined and used were collected in that area. Further observations and experiments were conducted in the biology laboratory of the West Charlotte Senior High Schoold from 29 August. |
